2026 - client commitments

Happy new year everyone!


I am back fresh from Christmas workation, and I can now finally share my client commitments for 2026. I have been so excited about this and so excited to run my “solo” recruitment project. Can`t wait to see what 2026 brings and one thing is for sure; I will be recruiting for some pretty awesome tech growth-companies as they year progresses.

So here they are…. my client commitments:

 

📌The big one! I will never work on competing assignments / positions at the same time. The focus is 100% on you the client and your position. So, if I am recruiting a CCO for your company, then you know it is exclusively for you.

📌I will continue to make and develop industry-leading prospects for all clients and positions. Cold / passive candidates love these, so too does applicants.

📌I will never just rely on my current network, although pretty good. I will build and develop my network on a daily basis.

📌I will aim to represent my clients according to their values, brand and mission.

📌I will be at the forefront in the industry of utilizing AI tools in recruitment processes, without losing the human touch

📌And last, but not least; I will ensure my clients retains / strengthens their reputation and employer brand through flawless recruitment processes.
