These materials are crafted to a high standard — both in content and design — with one clear goal: to inspire talent to want to become part of my clients journey.
Time and efficiency: Hires don`t need to take 6 months. My aim is to close a hire within 6-8 weeks from kick-off.
High engagement from cold candidates / new candidates: My network gives me the opportunity to reference mutual connections with cold candidates that creates immediate trust.
A process designed for access: I don’t follow the conventional, step-by-step search processes that often restrict access to great talent. My approach is flexible and insight-driven, built to engage the right leaders — even those who aren’t actively looking.

One person, full process: I handle every assignment personally — there are no junior researchers or coordinators in between. From defining the role to securing the final candidate, I’m involved at every step, providing a seamless experience and genuine partnership with the client.
