Together with the client we set a targeted time from start to hire of 7-10 weeks and ensure we use modern tools and applications to reach our target.

Recruit for senior leadership positions, middle-management positions and niche technical and commercial positions, with 100% focus on technology start-ups and scale-ups.

I set aside 15 hours per week for leaders in jobs whom could be interested in a move being able to book me inn for a meeting.

My network gives me the opportunity to reference mutual connections with cold candidates that creates immediate trust and engagement.

A network is only valuable when it keeps evolving. I make a point of expanding mine every day, connecting with new leaders and talent across industries and boarders. This ensures I’m never limited to the same pool of candidates, but always able to present fresh, exceptional profiles.
