🎯My mission is clear: through modern recruitment practises I will support technology founders, leaders and investors in hiring the leadership and specialist talent they need to succeed and scale.

After six years as founder and CEO of Rede People, and more than 600 successful hires for some of the most ambious tech companies in the Nordics, Rede and I are starting a new chapter: I’m going solo.

This move is about focus and motivation. I’ve been fortunate to recruit for some of the most inspiring and fastest-growing technology companies in Norway and abroad. Now, I want to spend all my time doing what I truly enjoy — executive search, leadership recruitment, and key hires for ambitious technology growth companies.

Rede People remain a platform for building great companies — the only difference is that now, it’s just me. And that’s exactly how I want it.

  • This is positions within the leadership group of the company. Titles will often vary but typically this will be Cx, Head of, VP and Director. I have made 200+ hires within this field during my career.

  • This is positions that have a very specific needs or simply put, positions in which there is a shortage of candidate. I cover the following areas:
